Good morning all! I started work at the crack of dawn so that I can trailer and go for a nice ride this afternoon. It's supposed to be raining by the weekend, not sure how much good weather we've got left!
Hope everyone has a great day!:cowboy:

Good Morning Arrow.
Good Morning Everyone.
It is really windy here today. I fed and let the horses out this morning and brrrrrrr it was cold.
I got Miss Mira's grazzing muzzle yesterday. I am going to go put it on later this morning when it warms up a bit. I hope she will do well with it.
I hope everyone has a Great Day!!!:)

Good Morning All,
I am having some coffee and granola bars and on my way to get the last load of hay for the winter. My regular guy only had a crappy third cutting so I went looking and found some decent stuff at a fair price. I have to travel an hour to get it but it is worth it when I see the girls eating it. They will eat the other stuff but looked bored and leave some on the ground. Hope everyone has a great day.

Morning all. Haven't even thought about breakfast. I'm tired this morning. Seems like I'm always "stuck" on the forum late at night when I know I should be in bed sleeping! :)
Nothing planned for today except hanging out with the kiddos and cleaning. Greys is on tonight, so that is about the highlight of my evening! lol.

Good morning everyone. I think the wind is done here. We lost a lot of our colorful leaves. Work as usual. Going to check the state forest campgrounds and see if any new horse campers have shown up for the lat weekend of the trail season.

Goood morning.
My team ended up loosing our first meet this season. They are our rivals, but they kicked our butts. Both teams (Theirs and ours) are 7-1, so that's still good!! Our last home meet, our last meet ever for this season we lost. We'll just kick their butts at Region, that's all :)
Getting ready for the Haunted Hay Ride this weekend. I'm excited! Can't wait to work with Rocky either.. this will be the first real workout since he was adjusted... We'll see how it goes.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day! It's windy here today.. Some cities in AZ are in negative dew points! And THAT'S how dry it is here...

Morning everyone. I tried getting on here early (I was up early) but my computer was a little "sllllowwwww". I think I got that all under control now.
Woke up this morning to one dog yelping like he was dying and another growling like he was really "P'd" off and a scramble off the bed with the cat flying. Scared the living day lights out of me & all I could do was yell & try to focus on what I needed to look at. I didn't have my contacts in so I couldn't see details. Grabbed my glasses only to see blood pooring out of my youngest nose (dog) and shaking like a leaf. *His feelings get hurt so easily* I drug him short distance to bathroom & realized he had not one not two but several puncture wounds to his nose. Going back to my "prior" post animals being hurt upset me dearly. LOL. I called my boyfriend who only left maybe 15 min. ago, bawling and saying that Ferno was hurt by Remmington and bleeding bad from many spots on his nose. Looking back now I realize that he was not that badly hurt & it was only "scratches" really but him shaking & yelping made me think the worse! Needless to say I quickly realized how unprepared I am "at home" for animal emergencies but full prepared at the barn for animal emergencies because I did not have a single thing to really clean out an animal wound at home. Ferno is fine, has some puncture wounds & scratches on his nose but seems not to be bothered by it now. Guess I'll be making a trip for some "animal" care stuff for "at home."
So thats my morning, then I go and burn myself on the stupid fire place when trying ot open the screen to put wood in the fire place!! GRRRRRRR.
Riding later this afternoon. Hopefully this morning was no prereq for the rest of the day! With that being said I had an awful dream last night as well that has me a little shaken.
I hope every one has a good thursday & just think all your weekday workers ~ tomorrow is Friday! Tomorrow is my Monday!!
Leah
ALOK I'm a day late & a day behind but calming vibes coming your way!!!

Chilly one here this morning. We must be getting the same weather, BucksHollow. Supposed to warm up and then rain moving in tonight and tomorrow. My daughter has a show on Saturday, local college Combined Test so at least there won't be any soggy XC courses to maneuver. They have an indoor so that is nice.
I was up most of the night with a hacking cough. Even the cough medicine didn't help much, might have to get some stronger stuff, I've been taking the children's version because the adult stuff knocks me for a loop.
Kabota's vet was very impressed with his progress! Everyone at the vet's office were so happy to see him. They are all so sweet. I am glad we found a good vet even though we had to find one like this. He goes back in 4 weeks for another check up and xrays on his front leg. But they said it is really good that he is walking on the back leg and using his front leg really well. And he just has one little sore spot on his road rash that hasn't healed. The vet made a comment that it was so good to see him because at one point they didn't know if he was going to make it.
Work today as usual. My coffee maker is not working properly and I am just out of sorts without my caffeine. I had a Starbucks bottled coffee to make up for it. A few handfuls of peanuts for breakfast so far.
Pancakes sounds good and maybe some bacon...........anyone got any?

Morning everyone! It's actually going to be halfway nice out for the next few days, so I'm going to try to get some outside work done before we get snow.
Hope everyone has a great day!

LOL yep I had to resort to that. Problem was we had all fancy soap. ha ha. But I did find a random bar of dial (which I'm allergic too & then I broke out in hives) but for the puppy it was worth it!
Yay I don't what the heck happened. I think it was all purely accident like Ferno kicked him in his sleep & Remmington was dreaming/sleeping & it scared him naturally just wake up biting. I don't know. I was in sleepy la la land! LOL. Just glad the cat wasn't in the middle b/c he probably would of been worse off.

Morning everyone. I think I got some good sleep last night finally as I am starving this a.m.
My body must want to pack on some pounds for winter,HAHAHA.
I called and checked on Cane and he is doing great. I have parent teacher conf. tonight for Jonathan, which I am not concerned about.
Have a great day.

Morning ya'll!
Winds are quiet for now so I was able to do a REALLY good cleaning on Gracie's leg, last night I had to change her bandage in the garage...with my nephew holding her head...let's just say it was a quick, unwrapped, spray granulex rewrapped and back out the door. She wasn't too happy being in the garage what with the wind rattling the door, all the interesting smells (washer and dryer going) but for all that was going on in there she was VERY well behaved, she left me a present...it was soooo much fun cleaning the garage floor let me tell you!
So much to her displeasure I scrubbed her booboos good this morning. They look to be healing nice and healthy. She still has swelling in her hock but with the acrobatic display she put on yesterday morning, i don't think it is bothering her too much.
I gotta get some laundry done and finish cleaning my room. Other then that nothing crazy...
I am trying to keep busy so not to let myself worry to much about my friend father whom went in for his prostate surgery this morning. She promised to text me later tonight to let me know how it went. But I don't expect to hear from her until tomorrow...she has more important things to worry about.
*please send some prayers for Tony today. Thanks*

Good Morning! Not much going on today besides work but I'm looking forward to a good ride afterwards, I'll be riding until dark I'm sure. I can't believe how fuzzy horse is already! He looks like a stuffed bear :) Lots of sitting trot today, gotta work the abs!
Coffee, muffins and bananas for all!

Im a bit late for breakfast, so I ate a hotdog w/cheese.
FoxFire, man you need to start the day over, dogs, burns, soap reactions, gesh girl.
((HUGS))
Not much going on, went to the chiro, I was so sore from the stress my sis had me under, I had him work on my upper back and neck also. As far as the bum, he said beings Im doing so good with managing it at home, that I get to go for a 2 week period without him. wohoooo.
I vacuumed and did a couple minor chores. Im meeting someone today, from the forum I won City at. That will be cool. Bob is also coming home today.
Hope everyone has had a great day so far.

Morning...well it still is here...LOL Got up early to go pick up some tack donations for our Kids On Kritters tack sale to help raise money for year end awards. Geez...that was a long drive. But the lady gave me a bunch of tack for the sale so it's all good.
Now I am waiting for Parent Teacher conferences this afternoon. Hubby wasn't real happy with the report cards that came home...:( Chy got A's and B's and Nico got B's and C's.....I looked up their work and Nico's grade was impacted by 2 tests and 2 missing assignments, other wise he would have had A's and B's. He had gotten all A's on all if his work. So I know he tried.

Gooood evening :D
I wasn't looking forwards to today when I got up D: Biology test! Crivvens!!
But they made up for it by letting us play musical chairs in the lesson...yes, of course it had educational relevance...
all that aside, made a few more arrangements for going up to my friend Geo's during the hols and riding one of her ponies :) it gonna be a packed half-term.
And /how/ are you guys getting snow? That's the insanest thing I've heard! Today we got a blustery Southern wind...and some spitting rain. Wow, we really live in the extremes on this tiny island. T_T If the wind keeps up it'll be a barrel of laughs with the spooky horses on Sunday...
Have a good day everyone ^_^

Hey everyone how's the day going so far? Everything is okay out here although we are getting ready to make some big changes soon. I decided to move Lou to Colorado on Nov 1 so I can TRY to save some money before I move up there next summer. She'll be living at my Aunt's place and we'll still see her occasionally. However, I am a littled bummed about it since I don't get to ride for the next 9 months but I'll get to see her soon again.
Hope everyone is okay; we're doing good just a little busy.
Take care

Evening ya'll!
I'm glad to hear about the puppies on the mend (though I'm sorry yours was hurt FoxFire).
The wind here just about blew me away today! A few times it actually moved the truck a couple feet over on my way home. I don't like the wind - I have more issues with it than my horses do.
It was a very long day (Have you ready Alexander and the Horrible, Terrible, No-Good, Very Bad Day? That was my day. I'm completely ready to move to Australia. Did you know that if you spill hot coffee on your flip-flopped foot then your foot gets burned, but within a few minutes it's freezing because it's 38* outside?)... but in GREAT NEWS - Papa actually has a real, live APPOINTMENT to have chemo next Friday (the 31st)! It was scheduled for Monday originally, but the docs office had a mixup with the hospital and it had to be bumped until Friday but - YAY!!!!!
I'm so excited! :D  :grouphug::cheers: Thanks to all who've kept us in your thoughts and prayers! :cowboy: I hope everyone has a great night. :)
