Two yrs ago, 10 acres, house, 2 out buildings came up for auction. I didnt go, but knew the place was purchased.
Late last yr or this spring, the husband died, yes, older couple, but still, sad.
The son came up from Florida to help his mom auction it ALL.
First off, the house n property did not auction off, it'll go on the market.
No biggy, its paid for, they bought it at auction, a couple months to pay it off. Unless they got a loan that quick, which Im sure they didnt need, she should be clear.
The husband was some big shot, so Im assuming it was paid for.
On the good side, some things went for a great price. For me that is..lol
I bought two pine end tables for 10bucks each

They match, thats the same table, different angle shots.
I got a back up battery/surge protector. new, almost 100bucks, we got it for 25bucks

I got 3 sets of 4, new, landscape lights. They are solar lights. Came with rechargeable batteries,,cool. 13bucks

And also a sprayer, not new, but expensive new. I think 40 bucks for this one new. I paid 8 bucks for it.

Im sad for the family, but happy for me.

I couldnt of been there if it were my place, and she was.
