I still never got a siggy...

So I just remembered, I put a pic of my pony on a siggy thread a WHILE back, and I didn't get a siggy. :( It was the cutout siggy trend thread, lol. I guess I got lost in the shuffle?

SOOOO.. I thought I'd try again because I've noticed a couple of really cute ones around and I just don't know how to do it! (or have the program capabilities, more than likely). So could anyone take pity on a poor cutout-siggy-less girl and make me one? I would be ever so greatful!

I can downsize it after I get the link.. figured it'd be easier to cut out while it's big. I wanted to put beside it, "does this siggy make my post look big?" I know I've seen that on a siggy before, I hope it wasn't here (let me know if it is)..
