LOA Request

I wanted to put my LOA request in early, just so I don't forget. We will be leaving on Tuesday morning for Green Bay and spending two nights there and then spending Thurs. - Sunday in Algoma (which is near Door County).

The first part of the stretch is just my hubby, myself and the kids. We are meeting hubby's parents, one brother and one cousin in Algoma and the guys have chartered a fishing boat to do some salmon fishing. We will be CAMPING the whole time.

So please send good thoughts to help me keep my sanity for 6 days in a camper with two children (one who is allergic to bug bites) and my hubby!

My father in law will be horse watching until Thursday and then my brother in law will be taking over. Horse seem to be doing alright now, mostly avoiding one another with Reno up in the front pasture most days by himself, but at night he does go out and meet with everyone else and comes back with no injuries.

I will be taking lots of pictures - so expect an update!

Thanks, Vick. This is our first "official" family vacation. The kids are super excited. The grocery shopping is all done... I just have to pack up the entire house so the kids have everything they need for six days! :)

I used to live in Neenah, so we might be stopping to visit my grandma, etc. And hubby has never been to this part of WI before. We bought our GPS yesterday so we don't get lost - so we are almost set!

Sounds like so much fun, take your camera.....it's beautiful there! I was in Algoma and Door County about 10 years ago, it's really pretty there.
