thunder storm

last night there was a amazing thunder storm right over our house, and i mean RIGHT over. so us being us, we sat on our porch and watch the show and took some video of it. i have not got around to uploading the videos but i was able to get some still shot from the videos of the lightning and WOW. at some points the sky was light up like it was the day. this was all around 10:30- 11 p.m.

Wow, you really got some fabulous pics, that lightning is something else! A lot of people try for a shot like that but never get it! Pretty cool!

thanks, it was like that almost non stop for about 45 mins. and we are supposed to get storms like that all week long. and it started 3 fires right down the hill from us. luckily the CDF was right here to put them out.

Those pictures are fabulous. As much as those storms can be dangerous I love to watch the lighting and listen to the thunder
