Yeah.. the way I got that was that no-one has never told a lie... so if you were going to say you were not a lier (and call her), it would only be dishonest people who called...

Actually, JTM, it's more of a punctuation mix-up. She puts the period in after "liers" (lol). And then it says, "dishonest people call..."
