Slow & Fast

Did we have a little hiccup there? Forum has been going really, really slow as of late but suddenly really sped up.

Yeah - there's internet gremlins out this morning... it was bogging down. Hubby rebooted it probably... Lickety split again :)

Quite frankly, I am getting pretty close to ditching our current host, and moving to a different provider. The downtime and slowdowns are getting awful dang frustrating.

All part of our forum growing pains, I guess. Thanks for your patience.

Yayness :) I noticed too, but wasn't sure if it was my connection or the forum! :p
We went over our time quota so they've slowed the connection down til the end of the month, and it had a chart of all the time on the internet.. so mum found out about my msn conversations that lasted til 3am.. :doh::p

ETA: Yet again, I made spelling mistakes, good to know I live up to my reputation :p

Is it bad that I was refreshing the twitter page every two seconds, hoping for a reason the forum wouldn't load for me ;). I actually nearly got some work done! (I know, bad Pinky - should be doing work to earn moneys and not playing on the forum).

JTM - If you don't mind me asking, what internet provider are you using? I've not heard of a time quota for use :S. I've heard of data limits (which I exceed, religiously, by at least 10Gb a month - just to annoy BT ;)) but not time limits :).
