Just doesn't show the dining room or master bedroom except the little you see in the hall pic or the family room, office, and laundry room in the basement. But it is on 19 acres, 4 completely fenced with a shed for Koda.

I have a question though. Wouldn't it be better to buy the house than to rent it?
Our mortage payments are about the same as your rent would be, but after 15 years we will pay no more.

J's credit isn't up to snuff yet after the divorce and now his being unemployed to buy but yes that is our plan eventually. Plus the house isn't for sale... Our savings has taken a hit too so what ever we end up in we are going to have to negotiate on how to pay the first, deposits, whatever.

It's really pretty! I love the huge windows and the fireplace! I hope it all works out for you.

I think renting is a good way to go when you first move to a new city, that way you can get a feel for what the area is like, and what neighborhood you would eventually like to live in permanently. Especially with a horse, that way it gives you time to perhaps find a place where you could keep a horse, or a place close to where you would board at.

That one is in Dayton I think. Ha! I can't remember! Doesn't matter anymore it's rented. But that is what we would be looking for. Room for us, Koda, and extra acreage for the kids to ride the motorcycles at home.
