Lumps in Talents Ear

Last week I noticed that talent has some lumps in his ear. The biggest one is probably a little smaller than a dime, and it is right at the tip of his left ear. The lumps are inside the ear, they aren't on the surface. There are about 4 or 5 on the left ear right at the edge of the ear, and there are 2 very small ones on the right. Anyone have any ideas what these are? I'm hoping and praying theyre just bug bites....but they've been there at least a week and a half but not more than a month.

Can you get a picture? Lots of things that can cause bumps... and bug bites, or even an embedded tick, could be one, particularly if it's not been there long. But also could be a bit of scaley horse ear fungus, or even sarcoids.

I looked up pictures of sarcoids and ear fungus, and it doesn't look like any of those at all. The lumps are right under the skin, the hair is still on them. They are very firm but aren't completely hard. I could maybe get pictures in the next few days, but they probably wouldn't tell you anything, they really aren't noticeable unless you're touching his ear.
