I had taken my brothers and their friend to the park a little while ago and I was on my way back. Sawyer had a little crisis (he's autistic) and so Mom came and picked up him and his bike. So I was riding down the road, Mom was up ahead a little bit, and my phone vibrated. I pulled it out and looked at it, then started to put it back in my pocket. Not good. I fell really hard and tore my knee and leg up really bad. So, no more phone while I'm riding my bike lol. But I consider myself lucky because a) Mom was there so she came back and got me so I didn't have to hobble home and b) there was a big UPS truck behind me, but on the other side of the road. Usually I ride on the opposite of the side that I was on, but I didn't this time. And thank god, I might have been squished lol. But now I'm doomed for tomorrow. I have to go up and down stairs every single class. Ugh. I can barely move my knee!

Could have been worse. My younger brother was riding his bike when the chain came off. Instead of stopping he tries to put it back on while riding and when he was done looked up just in time to see himself go head on into the side of a parked truck! Split his lip almost to the tip of his chin! Last time he did that...

((Hugs)) feel better. Skinned knees really stink and stairs don't help. Neosporin is your friend!

Ugh it's really swollen and purple. I wonder if maybe I bruised my bone or slightly sprained it? It hurts when the skin moves obviously, but wouldn't you think that otherwise it wouldn't hurt too bad? But its REALLY bright purple. Here's a pic. A bit graphic, sorry.
