I like Willow Creek too, but I liked Wild Horse better. Even if it's Wildhorse. The Appaloos looks like you can't spell. (even though I know you can!!) Good luck picking!

As much as I like the name there is a titty bar in Dilley called the wildhorse trading post, so you might want to think about that.............Kevin

Didn't see that! I had 2 nieces and a nephew crawling on me and it made it hard to type. I caught all the other ones! So it should be The Appaloosa Trading Post!

I decided that once J and I get situated I'm going to open up an online shop selling handmade candles in mason jars, windchimes, horse 'necklaces, lavender wands, journals, incense, herbal books, herb garden seeds, and some pictures. Plus I want to set up a section to showcase used tack that I would sell on commision.

I'm having some trouble on deciding the name, I like them all for different reasons. I found a candle making starter that I'm gonna buy so I can experiment with the different waxes, I think I know which one I'm gonna use but I want to experiment before I buy 50 lbs of it! That will also let me check out the scents and try to get the measurements right.

I do like Appaloosa Trading Co. or Appaloosa Trading Post. I also like something more generic like Spotted Horse Trading Co. or Spotted Horse Trading Post.

Okay, I've narrowed it down to my 4 favorites. Horsehaven Trading Post, Willow Creek Trading Post, Lost Creek Trading Post and I really like Spotted Horse Trading Co. or Post over Appaloosa Trading Post (thanks shewasmyshadow!!!).

True. But the more I think about it the more I like Spotted Horse. I think it just fits me and that's prob why I was having such trouble with the other names. I like them alot but none of them were jumping out at me as the one after The Trading Post was taken. And Spotted Horse def sounds Native American which I like. Thanks again shewasmyshadow!

hahaha! No I think that when the time comes to register the name it will be Spotted Horse Trading Post. Even J couldn't convince me last night to change my mind and go with Horsehaven. He did have a valid point though, close to where we are moving is a park or something called Horsehaven and people searching for that would get my shop too. But I'm stuck on Spotted Horse. Even made up business cards last night and they all have Koda and his spots on them!
