Sometimes the neighbors are close, gotta be friendly.

It was hard to get good pics of horses but I found a few in the campground.

It becomes it's own little community.

Next spring I hope to ride the trails here on my own horse. I live only a few miles away. There is/was a bridge that had to be closed because of flood damage last summer. It is being replaced now and should be ready for next years trail season.

Thanks for the comments everyone. Sorry I couldn't get the pics to load last night. My internet got too slow for them to upload properly.
I think it is one of the prettiest places to ride or camp. I have had several people tell me it is the best horse camp in MN. The trails close November 1st. They open again next May 1st. Let me know if any of you are coming to ride/camp. I'll make sure to stop in and let you know all I can about the trails and the area.

It looked like everyone had a lot of fun. I was down there with the group in Oct sometime. We camped out. I will let you know next time I am there.

Yeah, it looks busy and is but I have seen over 200 units in that camp before. That is a sight that is hard to believe. There were about 100 units this weekend I think.

I took pics of the campground today, empty! Except for the hunters that use it this will be what it looks like until next spring.

I have a picture of the campground from a scenic overlook but it is on a different computer. I'll see if I can get it on here sometime.
