Hehe.. Well guys, I will (very hopefully lol) be visiting America next summer, for THREE WEEKS!!! (AHHHHHH!) No one really understands my LOVE for america haha, I wish I was American and not Irish!! -sadface- I shall have to leave the pony behind :( He cannot fit in the suitcase :( It should be me, my dad, my two sisters, my dad's girlfriend, and her son coming. I'm saving loaaads of money up, so I hope the economy picks up, last time I went it was two dollars to a pound.. Brilliant =P!! I think we're flying to New York, then going to the west coast for two weeks, then back to New York, and in and around PA and NY for a week. && GUYS I need a place to ride! Its been my dream to ride in America and I've never had the chance! So I will let ya'll know nearer the time (why does it have to be so far awayy :( ) and maybe some of you guys on here can reccomend some barns for me to go to and have lessons? Ofcourse, I'd LOVE to meetup with some people, but we shall see :D Sorry for posting this lol, I'm just constantly excited!

Yay! :)
I'm happy for you!
If you were coming to Ohio I could list some barns for you, but you're not (and I don't blame you, there's nothing here ;) ) I hope you find some good ones!

Oh wow, that's exciting! Have fun!:D
I'm in PA, but there really aren't a lot of riding stables in my area (and the barn I went to when I was younger is TERRIBLE! Don't go there!!!!:nono: ) so I'm no help.

That's great. It's okay to want to be an American but you should be proud of your heritage too!! I'm glad you are finally getting to accomplish your dream of visiting America, and I'm proud to say that I'm glad you think America is great! I think it's pretty groovy too. We got a lot of crap just like any other country going on, but it's still a great place to live & be. If for some reason you make it near Delaware, you are more then welcome to come visit me & Legend & take a stroll on her! Otherwise I can't help you out too much in that department but hopefully someone can!!

3 weeks! You'll have to be doing some riding in that time :D if Tropical Storm Fay hadn't crashed my Florida holiday last summer I would've done a horseback (Western, of course) safari :D

Lol I wish you were coming to Alabama, but alas... There is nothing exciting here. I could take you to the stable I used to ride at in Georgia.

That is so cool that you might be able to visit America! But I have to ask, what's wrong with being Irish?

Gypsy, everythingggg is wrong with being irish :(
You get a lot of funny looks, and especially if you're northern irish =/
People either think you drink until you drop, or you're going to blow them up..
Or you live in a mudhouse and eat potatoes D=
