So South beach diet. Anyone on it? I've done it once about 2 years ago and lost 10 lbs and I'm up to it again :rolleyes:. I'd like to loose 30lbs and be a size 6/8 again. so anyhow.. just wondering if anyone is on it or has had sucess with it. The first phase which is for 2 weeks is really hard its a detox plan for those 2 weeks and you basically can't eat anything sweet not even fruit but I remember the first time I went on it I felt so good! So i'll keep you updated.

We need a weigh loss thread on this new forum so I guess it starts here you can post your weekly weigh ins.

activity: swimteam 7X a week swim cross training/jogging 4X a week

I am very muscular because of swimming so much. I've been a swimmer since I was 5 so I'm focusing more on loosing sizes since muscle weighs more than fat.
