Sharing a positive experience

Just wanted to share a vey positive experience that I had with a company called horsetech. I wanted to start Dutchess on a supplement for her coat/hooves and also something that had some vitamin E in it. I ordered something called Bioflax ultra from horsetech. Unfortunately Dutchess hated it. So I emailed the company and received a prompt reply. They came up with an alternative which is a product called Glanzen lite. They immediately sent me out a sample so that I could try it with Dutchess and it was much more successful than before. So they are now exchanging the amount of what I paid for the bioflax and sending me out a replacement product in the Glanzen lite. I really can't say enough about good customer service and this company definitely has it.

Always good to know - and great to share! It is nice to hear of a company with good customer service, for once, when you hear so often about those with bad.
