Tree Fell Outside My Bedroom Window

It wasn't even that bad last night! It was an old, dead tree that my mom says she's been worried about for awhile. I woke up this morning and once it got light enough to see, I noticed there was a tree down just ten feet away from my room. I don't have any pics right now and it's getting too dark to get out there and take them, but I'll try to get some tomorrow.

I've had one fall on my house. Woke up to a huge crashing noise and I was sure that the animals had knocked over something in the other room. Got up ready to be mad but didn't see anything on the floor. Then I noticed something on the couch and when I looked up there was a tree limb through the roof! I didn't notice it at first cause the power was out and I was out with a flash light. It was a huge old tree and everyone was suprised that the crappy little hole I lived in held it up! It literally fell right where I was sleeping and would have crushed me if the roof hadn't held. Scary!
