Honestly, I think it would be funny as heck to work up a combination hitch of minis and clydes... if you could do it without said minis getting trampled! :D

These guys are fearless !!!!! I use tie-stalls to feed some of the horses. These guys walk in UNDER the Clydesdales, and stand under the food bin, waiting for them to drop feed.

TuShea is still cycling, and one of them was sniffing her, and following her, and she was swatting at him with her foot, and it never phased him !!!!

That's the kind of dumb fearlessness that gets small horses in trouble! I've seen goats do the same thing, horning in on horse food while they're eating. For some reason, horses let them get away with it, most of the time. Like my pony used to, with Bay. I think horses understand cutting the little guys some slack, more than they would an equal. :)

Are you fostering them? Cause if you got them to try and get some normal sized horses out of those Clydesdales we need to talk . . . :) That's not where normal sized horse come from Steve. . . .

Are you fostering them?
Yes. Their feet were so mis-shaped and bad, I took them on so I can trim them every week or so....

Not for lack of THEM trying ....... ole Buck had TuShea seized up and cramping in the pasture a few times...... LOL

I could see them in a hitch in the middle, with their feet off the ground, madly running-- like the short pirate does on the line they're hauling on in one of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies...

Yep, that's exactly what my Pygmy goat does. She'll walk right under the horses and stand right next to them and eat from the same flake of hay. She'll even try to head butt them out of the way sometimes, and they let her get away with it!

Steve, I didn't think I needed to tell you not to put those clydes in the dryer. <head shake> men just can't figure out how to do laundry.
