They're growing up! It's been awhile since an update, and this was a good catpile today, so I decided to take some pics and show how the group is doing. Tweek has joined them at the kids table today. Awful nice of her. :)

Don't get me wrong.... Peanut and Jack are still not really "good pets", I can't pick them up and they don't always stay when I try to pet them, but it's so rewarding when they do let me love on them a little, which is usually when they are in these rather drowsy catpiles. Oh... and they are still nuts about shredded cheese. We do a little shredded cheese therapy in the evening while we're watching TV.

I usually approach them and pet Wicket first, or Tweek. It's funny but when I pet the others first, they get a little jealous and THEN I can touch them. :)

Oh I love the last one of Tweek hugging the little yellow one [Is he Jack? I have a Jack too, actually Jackson Jay Tyler Smith!] with the other kitties head on his leg. They are getting big. It is amazing how fast they grow. Molly has grown in the 2 weeks we've had her. Molly is a rip, she is maybe like yours a little as far as she will run when I want to pick her up if she's on the run, I normally need a toy to get her from under the couch but she's getting better about it. Tonight she even went up to Noah and poked at his tail twice. 2 weeks ago she hissed at him just if he took a breath!!!!! She does get better when she sees me petting Jack or Bo. She really isn't afraid of much. Kittens are funny.

I'm so happy to see the pictures, they're precious!

So nice to have an update! Shredded cheese therapy sounds great, wish someone would do that for me...hee hee!

:)

I actually think I see some shine in the photos of Peanut now too. She'll never look shiny like Wicket with her coloring, but her coat feels soft now instead of dry. She was the one who barfed up the worms awhile back and I think had them the worst. Definitely looking healthier now.

Yeah--they're looking good! It sure has been interesting to compare and contrast the three different groups--you need to write a scientific paper, WB!

The orange one is Jack (Cracker Jack) and he really is pretty. The Tortie is Peanut, the black one is Wicket. The buckskin pinto is Tweek :)

They're looking good there! Cat piles are so cute. The only thing better is if they're ALL piled on top of ME. ;)

What I want to know is how do you make them all get along? My cats would never lay in a pile like that.:(

MHB... Sorry for not IDing them more clearly. I assume everyone knows after the kitten thread. :)

Tortie = Peanut
Orange = Jack
Black = Wicket
Pinto = Tweek

Cyb.... the kittens are littermates, at least two of them are, and get along because they are kittens. Tweek grumbled at them for a good long time before recently deciding they were OK to cuddle with. Our other cat Pippin is still grumbling at them. :)
