Some of you may remember me asking for ideas for a costume for my barns halloween party...I went with the vampire and "undead" horse :)...anddddddd WE WON!! I got a $25 gift certificate to my favorite tack shop! :D I also won our pumpkin painting contest too hehe and got a grooming kit.
My niece has recently started riding at the barn and she got to dress up the barns 2 year old. :D She had a bit of trouble leading her around for the "parade" (a baby leading a baby) but she got through it and I thought they were particularly cute!
Enjoy the pics :D Unfortunately, we didn't get a pic up close I had "real" fangs in..everyone kept saying" Oh myy...are those real??" or "Wow! Those look so real! They are scaring me!" lol
Happy Halloween!!

Very inventive...how long did it take you to paint the skeleton? The pics of your niece and the 2 year old are very cute.

Love it! You know, there's talk of a Halloween party at my barn...I may do the same thing with Rebel. He's the perfect color to be a skeleton horse! LOL.

Thanks,everyone. :)
I didn't forget to floss ;)
It took ab an hour I'd say. He stood so well too!
I would suggest getting a grease crayon to draw the outline of the bones. We used grease paint n our fingers for everything. It would have come out better if I could have found a white grease crayon that didn't come in a pack w other stuff that cost $10. Oh n he had a "bite" mark w blood dripping down too on his neck :)

Great job, I love the creativity! I've never seen a skeleton painted on a horse before, it turned out great! Very cute pictures, it looks like you all had a great time:)
