View Full Version : I had a completely insane day.

This is what happened to me through the course of today.

In astronomy, my professor did another 'teach the kinesthetic learners something' idea that worked. He had me be a very positive electron (it was funny... I was laughing the whole time, so I've been dubbed The Positive Electron). I had to hold hands with a rather negative proton and get run into by a huge (guy) photon. Once I was run into by the huge (guy) photon I had to run around the room and act 'excited', then I had to calm back down and go hold hands with the negative Proton guy again. I may not be able to explain it well, but I definitely understand how photons work now. :D

THEN my history professor had parked next to me and he walked up to his car as I was about to leave campus after class (at 5:15 this afternoon). I had parked in reverse and he was parked normally... he went to his door, then went back to his trunk and stepped infront of my truck as I was trying to pull out. I didn't hit him, and he gave me a look that said 'oops, my bad', stepped out of my way and waved goodbye.

AND THEN on the way home I pulled out on the highway and a cop from the county next to mine was just infront of me the whole way to the county I live in. At the red light just inside my county he revved his engine at me, so I looked at him and he waved! So I shook my finger at him and ignored him until the light turned green... then he sped off like I was actually going to race him. None of the smileys look as confused as I felt. :(  :trout:

It's been a long, ridiculiously crazy day. I thought I'd share. Anyone else have any insanity today?

Lol, I've had undercovere cops try to race me before (in my 4 cylinder Jettat no less) but never a marked car. Maybe he forgot what he was driving... The photon story is hilarious!

Every kinesthetic learner's favorite professor is also the professor who refuses to give us tests. Instead we have "Celebrations of Knowledge". Before every Celebration of Knowledge we have to sing the Monty Python song "Always Look On The Bright Side of Life". :p

He's kinda completely insane, but I always learn something! :)

Sounds like a different day- trouble is, I didn't understand half the technical stuff- oh, well!

It was a weird day for me too......well, so far anyway. I felt better this afternoon (been sick), so thought I'd get out to the stable to see my horsie....I miss her. I get about 2 miles down the road and realize I am not feeling quite as good as I thought I was....so, turned around and came back home.....I'm bummed. But, maybe I can make it out there tomorrow.
