Hi Arrow! Where do you live where you are getting snow!
Well I finally woke up early today, had a shower, and I am eating fresh Pineapple for breakfast, mmmm.
I have a field trip to Lexington/Concord b/c we a re study the Revolutionary war in History. I hope we have good weather, lemme go check...

I'll trade you puffed rice and raw cashews for a protein bar!!!! I have an odd diet because of yeast so breakfast is always so yummy for me!

We had snow and high winds yesterday. First Oct. snow day that anyone can remember. Today is a 2 hr delay. We ony had a trace of snow here but all around us had anywhere from 8-17 "! That doesn't normally happen here. We went from summer to winter, not much fall. I can't believe the power stayed on, the winds were just horrible.

No stable visit today they will be away so I guess I'm just hanging here with my guys. It's good since Molly the kitten is getting used to the house and more comfortable every day, it's good to let her out of her room alot and I can't do that if I'm not home.

I'm in NE Ohio--we didn't get much, just a dusting, and it's gone, mostly rain. I'd rather have snow, frankly! There's no worse weather than 35 degrees and pouring rain in my opinion!:D

I teach history myself, and it's the Mexican-American War on tap today.

Morning all. Coffee and homeade ( from a bag....) Sugar cookies!!!!!!!!!!

Get my wisdom taken away tomorrow!!!! Lol, teeth getting pulled that is. Appt is at 9:50 and I'm not allowed to eat past midnight tonight.............. I'm going to officially STARVE! They don't even want me drinking water.

Sui has been feeling neglected. Poor thing, all I do is feed her, give her a quick brush, and go in the house. Too cold!! We had snow this morning, higher elevations had couple inches, oh CLOEDOLL..... Theres that snow you wanted! We're supposed to take Lane trick or treating tonight, ( he's two 1/2) but it's going to be so windy and cold we'll probably just hit a couple houses, then go to grammys, always candy at grammies. I dyed my hair dark brown again, I <3 it dark. I think it's a level four and natural...warm and cool just don't look good on me. D:

I'm so sorry lacyloo, prayers up for your family.

My fifteen year old brother was too tired to get out of bed this morning (after finally going upstairs to his bedroom around 1:30, he played video games until then). So as soon as I finish this thread I'm in charge of finding him voluenteer work. LOTS of voluenteer work. We're going to make sure his butt goes to sleep at night and that he's awake during the day! Mom's sick today, she was going to take him in late but when she realized I was up she decided to let me and took her coffee back to bed with her. He's just stressing her out so much. :mad:

I'm thinking... me-->:whack:<--my brother. I mean - I'll voluenteer for the job! :D

Mom won't let me take him down a little road called "I win!" so I'm going to have to be more creative. :p Oh, a challenge. I do love a challenge. :cowboy: If anyone knows of any sleep-over mission/voluenteer type things Andrew could do, then do share. ;) Lucky's beggin' me to turn the lights back off and come back to bed so he has a warm cuddle buddy. Oh well. :rolleyes:

Sorry to hear that about your Grandmother, Lacy. I'm sending prayer to you and your family.

Nothing really new here. I'm now sick, son is still sick, and last night my daughter had a fever, so it's definitely making the rounds. The ONLY one not feeling sick is my hubby who's mother swears that he never gets sick because they gave him milk straight from the balk (sp?) tank when they did milking on the farm.

Have to get out to see the horses today. It's supposed to be nice so I won't be freezing!

Well not much happening here today just work and a trip to the barn tonight to check on the filly - they all had shots last night and the vet warned he was using a different strain for flu/rhino that tends to "knock them on their buts" OH JOY :( so she might just get a bareback stroll to get her moving a little to see if we can keep her from getting to stiff.

Sorry to hear about your grandmother Lacy.

My stepson's riding lesson got canceled for today. The instructor forgot about a meeting she had. I'll be picking up our horse from there tomorrow night as she is going to take some time to go to Kentucky to welcome home her hubby from Iraq. Best wishes to both of them.

Oh, and Loves it's bulk(as in large quantity)tank.

Cloe - do not, ever, dye your hair black :) I doesn't go away...unless they put bleach shampoo on it and it'll turn ginger! :D I think my hair's going blonde next ;)

Not doing anything again today...what a thrilling life I lead. :rolleyes: I was meant to meeting everyone down Skate X today but one of the boys broke his foot yesterday and I have mysterious bruises appearing on my legs :huh: so I'm staying at home. :p

Good Morning all
You can keep your power bars and puffed cereals, Ill have real cereal this morning..lol
My coffee consists of, 1 1/2 spoon instant coffee, almost 1/2 of cup full hot water, fill with 1/2 and 1/2 and flavored creamer, nuke for 45 seconds. Only way I can drink it without Gurd giving me fits. So, if ya like, Ill make ya a cup.

Lacy, I am very sorry about your grandma. Prayers up for you and your family.

No phone call nor email, Im good with that.

I was a bad girl last night, swept and scrubbed my kitchen floor, do you know what cleaning the floor consists of, back muscles. So I iced it down last night, hit the massager this morning, feels better. Gonna take some ibu for the inflamation, do my stretches, ice it down again.
I have to say, bare backing Myst the other day may of been part of the issue, you have to sit deep to stop and back, opsy, back muscles again. Anyway, the ride was fun...lol. If I dont challenge my back, Ill never know where I am at. Good thing is, Im not down any more.
Oh, these are the low back/butt muscles Im talking about. Didnt realize there were so many involved...darn it. Good thing is, it'll all pass, just wish it didnt take so dang long.

Coffee and oatmeal for me.Girls are still home sick..Have to have DH get off work early to day to watch them so I can go have a c-scan done at 1pm...Been fighting a ear/sinus infection for 4 months now to the point that I now have so much hearing loss I have to get hearing aids.. DR hopes today they can pen point the main infecting and do a fuild draw in hopes of finding a antibotic that will work to fight the infection.

Happy Hump Day everyone. Got off work in the AM drove hr home then went back to bed 4 a few hours. BIG mistake had a hard time getting up. Class at 1 and again at 6. Lots of homework & studying in between for me. No rain today thank goodness but still got the nasty winds! :(

Caitlin - You're evil, you know that? All they did with mine was turn it ginger then put dark brown (practically black!) back over it :huh:. It was bright red before...I want it back! But no, I have to grow it out. It doesn't help that my roots look grey :eek:.

Good morning, got a call early this morning from my boss saying he's having a dog emergency (he has a realy old lab that is like his child) so that's not good :( I'll be going in early to cancel all the patients for the day. I hope the old guy pulls through whatever is going on.

Gonna drop by the feed store and get my first bag of RB along with a bag of strategy to start the process of gradual food change. After work, the household is planning a pumpkin carving party but it looks like most of the people are backout....might just be me and one of the roomies with alot of beer and alot of pizza, anyone wanna come?

We're playing the waiting game right now...waiting for the vet to call and say he is on the way. Horses are getting their shots and teeth done, Gracie is gonna get her leg looked at and we're gonna talk to the vet about Vicor's cough.

It's my nephew's birthday he turns a decade old so we'll be out and about tonight with him.

I'm off to to finish computer stuff before the vet gets here.
