My saddle arrived!

My western saddle arrived today!
To recap any who missed my other posts:
it's an easy rider western saddle for £175 :D
Found for me VERY kindly by 3equines :)

It came today, it's more beautitul than the pictures!
Everything is so detailed, so lovely! I can't describe it, it's so.. it's so perfect.
It's my dream saddle :)

I really, really hope it will fit Billy :) *please Lord, please*
I'm ordering the girth, bit, bridle etc. tonight which should arrive pretty soon :)
Then I can test it for fit, take a heap of photos and maybe even have my first ever ride western!! :D

I have been so excited tonight, it's the first time I've ever touched a western saddle!! :D:D Everything seems so real now. Like my dreams are finally comming true. I have alot to thank all you BWFFers for, thank you :cowboy:

OK, you have the saddle, so just throw it on your horse without the cinch and take a picture so we can all see it. ;)

:happydance: super sweet! I was just thinking, it should be there sooon...... Put up some saddle fit pictures for us soon! Get pics that show how the saddle fits looking at it from the front left and front right side, so we can see how the angle of the saddle fits Billy's shoulder, then some from each side with Billy standing squared up on level ground and his head in a relaxed position (you may need a handler to distract him so he doesn't turn his head around to see what YOU are doing with the camera!). A picture from behind that shows how the saddle rests over his back would be good, too.

Woohoo! I remember whemn my saddle came in the mail. It was like Christmas morning.
My 7 year old son took my picture and we posted it on the family website so my husband could see since he was out of town.

I have an album with a couple of pictures of it on here. They were the sale pictures ;)
I loved it when I saw it, I love it more now!! :p It's so pretty, I didn't notice half the detail in the pictures.
When I get it on Billy I'll be sure to take photos of 'all the little pretty bits' ;)
and video his reaction to having this beautiful beast on his back :D:p
