Holiday borders for pictures

I need to put a holiday border around a picture, but cannot figure out how. I am looking for something neutrally festive, sort of leafy and ribbony.

Can anyone direct me to a site that would help or give me advice?

If you want to play with a picture try picnik.com. You'll have to kind of add the "stickers" around the edge for a border, but it will look really nice when you're done. :) That's the best free editing program that I've found.

here is one I did quickly.... but you can add your own border and then put that around your pictures

here's another with more xmas colors....simple but then you could add text and stickers...enjoy
