Withdrawl!!!

I have not seen my horses since Sunday. OMG I am clawing my eyes out!
I go to the Dr. today and say yeah I am gonna go out brush them and spread some love. And she rants, you have double pneumonia and you have a horse allergy are you trying to get hospitalized. Sighs, but I am allergic to cats too. Yeah I can not get my shot for allergies this week cause I am sick but DANG IT!!! So come hell or high water I said I will plant my big butt home till Friday then THATS IT!!

saturday I am doing pony rides for a family b-day party so I gotta work them love them yeah know.

I was always allergic to horses too. A couple years ago, my doctor put me on Singulair, and I haven't had any symptoms since. I think it is normally for asthma treatment but it has worked wonders on my allergy! You may want to mention it to your doctor.

I am on singular but still require the shot. Like if ANY horse saliva or dander got on me I would get HUGE hives eyes swell shut. It was a mess. Now after a year of shots I can be around them and not be a snotty mess.

KK, I called to do my evening check as usual. sandy brought the phone out to the horses. Mazzy could careless, but Maggie loves phones. So I talked to her Sandy said she looked at the gate, called. I laughed and she started making her baby noise. I started crying I know pathetic... awe my girls

I'm sorry about your allergies - I swear if I had them with my animals I would have to suffer my whole life - the dogs, cats, and my horse are my whole world ;)

I did suffer. I was doing trail rides in between blowing my nose, seeing out of slits and hives everywhere. But I could NOT wait to go back out to the barn. My hubby thought I was a nut ball. I would be up all night wheezing, sneezing and scratching.

Can't help what you love and I would be with animals no matter what.
