He is coming back nicely, we'll have his front shoes with pads put on within the next week or two.. just need to reach my farrier. He is very light on the hands and generally very quiet under saddle, he has his baby moments but under saddle they are not that common. He is so willing to try and if his rider has confidence so does he.
He still get's foot sore after trims so that is why we are getting him shod. We tried for over a year to get him to go barefoot but his feet are too soft. So it's shoes and pads haha
but here he and I are. He realyl is such a good boy under saddle.

As you can see I barely have any contact on his mouth. He is very soft and he is learning to go low and low with my leg and seat asking him hence him dropping his head alot, I am encouraging that... I want him to stretch out and down and lengthen as he tends to have a shorter more pony like stride and we're working on extending it.
