Hey everyone!!!
So its been awhile since I made a lesson/riding/barn update...actually I just checked and I havent posted about CHF since the Jessica Pheonix Clinic!!!
Well, I haven't ridden Josh since the Jess. Pheonix clinic, but for the 3 weeks after it I was riding a cute bay named Kegan. Then last week I had my first real dressage lesson on a paint named CD (Cool Dude) and then..this past Wednesday (two days ago) I rode my coaches childhood pony, Gabe.
So for my lessons on Kegan, hes a cute little horse, owned by an 11 year old girl who bought him earlier this summer, they let people have lessons on him to help pay off the board. The first lesson went ok, we just did a really small course, the following lesson we jumped again, it was much better, we were a lot more balanced, however we did have a near "lets fall on our faces" moment when Kegan tripped over a pole, however we recovered and went to the next jump =D
I am no longer able to ride Kegan because his owners are making all riders sign a contract to ride him. The first half is that they are not held responsible if I am to get injured/die while riding him. But the second part, both my parents, my coach and I agreed I shouldn't sign, that if Kegan is to be injured while riding, that I have to pay up to $100 in vet bills. So I will no longer be riding him.
Here are a few pics of the Kegonator:

So here's a story...
I rode my coach, Jess's childhood pony, who she showed pony jumpers (WAY TO CUTE!!!!) Shes had him for 14 years, hes 20+ and hes also....13.3hh ahahahha, smallest pony Ive ridden in FOREVER.
I rode him because CD pulled a muscle and is off, I cant ride Kegan any more and Josh needed a day off. But I was so excited, because he is the CUTEST thing ever!!!
We did a jumping lesson, only like 2ft (Im not sure how much higher he can jump..) I had a few bad spots, and a few areas where we didnt have enough impulsion, but he was so cute, IM NOT USED TO PONIES, so weird to sit too!!! Hes adorable, any way here are a few pics belowww (:
ps. im 5'7 and hes 13.3hh...so thats why I may look tall on him, however he is a chunky pony, and im quite light so weight wasnt a problem!
pss. sorry there a bit dark...

Anyway thats all for now, if you read it, congrats!!!
Oh wait I lied one more thing...if you visit http://www.countryhillfarm.ca/ and then "Information" and then "Jessica Pheonix Clinic"
All the pics on that page where taken by yours truly, which I was pleased about, and those are just a few more pics if you guys want to see. The pony with the devil ears is Gabe (his show name is No Little Angel there for devil ears for Halloween)
And the last pic on the page is Jess Pheonix and I (:
Hope everything is well with all of you!!!!
