Happy Halloween everyone!

It's going to be nice out again today- not too many days of that left!

Scrambled egg mess this morning for anyone that wants some.


I have to go to town this morning- need to get Halloween candy, among other things. Not that I get many trick or treaters, but I've got to be prepared. This afternoon, I'm hoping to get another ride in while the weather holds. Winter's on its way, lol!

Good morning Gypsy Rose and Baywind Farm folks!

After 3 days of 35 degrees and rain, we're having sun and the 50s for awhile starting yesterday--had a great ride yesterday afternoon, and I'm anticipating good riding through the weekend! I'm so happy--it'll be winter soon enough.

Worked the rescue yesterday & then rode Legend bareback yesterday! It was wonderful & she was such a good girl!

Morning all.
I have pumkin, raisin and something (I think ginger) cookies to share. They are very good and made for me by one of my kids mom's. She sent in 2 dozen just for me.
Very rough day yesterday with major issues and we are still dealing with it today. I am needing to remind myself to why I do this and love my job, oh yeah for the kids that the parents keep screwing up .

Jonathan is happy for Halloween, well mostly to be a Star Wars Storm Trooper. I have fake lashes on today because Jonathan said I needed to do something for Halloween. Cane is a turd, and I am really worried he messed something up. (see post in health section)

Only have a 1/2 day of work today Woo Hoo - have an short apt then I'm hoping to go ride :) it's suposed to be almost 60 here today so I need to go take advantage - I know we won't have to many more like this.

Morning all! No breakfast except jello for me. ( wisdom tooth thread in general) BUT it is nice here!!! Supposed to be almost 60, and i can't ride........I'm stuck in, but I think I'm heading into town later for groceries, Someones got to do it and it'll occupy lane ( two years).

Good Morning Everyone...Temp here is going up to 66 degrees!! Yahoo!! Not too much wind. I think I will go take a ride later. Buck is thinking he has a "pass go" "Get out of Jail" card lately. He hasn't been ridden for a couple of weeks now!!!!! I am feeling better today..My head is finally clear!!! I have got to get out there and work the boy!!!!

Morning everyone. I am glad it's FRIDAY! We aren't doing trick or treating with the kids this year. We figure they are still too young and wouldn't get it anyways. So tonight the only thing I have planned it to try to get the horses into the barn for the first time.

Today I have my 3 classes, then a test after then.. then im free!! I have had such a stressful week im ready for the weekend! Not going home this weekend so I dont get to see ben :( but I think he will survive. Theres a halloween party at my school tonight that were all going to but thats about it.. then were just gonna have a relaxing weekend..

Mmmmmorning. *falls on floor and passes out*

Sum up of my morning so far... wake up 6:15am rush outside feed horses, start moving barrels to the street,(garbage day) run inside to wake up children, run back outside finish Vic's paddock, bring the last two barrels down, Gracie's and Hazels isn't done...no more big barrels. Run back inside as nephew can't find his Indiana Jones hat, change into presentable clothing, continue search for missing hat. Get my nieces hair done, look for hat again. Finally get children in the truck at 7:45, without hat.... get to school, have to park 1/2 miles down the road. Rush to get my niece in the kindergarden area in time.
Before I know it I am recruited to hand out candy during the Halloween parade, watch the parade, hand out candy, take pictures of the kids. Rush home as hear one of the trucks driving through the community. :eek: rush in back grab small barrels, fit in as much manure as I can in them and rush them out to the curb, 3 mins before the small barrel truck comes around the corner.

So, paddock, waters and chickens done...NOW I can eat breakfast and relax for a few mintes before I go BACk outside to work Hazel!

I wanna NAPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Good afternoon everyone, and Happy Halloween !!
Tonight I'm doing Halloween for Hunger with my school. Its where we go from house to house, and instead of getting candy, we get canned goods and then we go back to the school and then all of the canned goods are being given to the outreach for hunger place downtown. After that, My friends are taking me out for my brithday (its tomorrow :) ) I'm then we're going to a party. Hope everyone has a safe and fun time tonight!
