Christmas Snowstorm Morning Feeding

Just thought I'd share some video I took while feeding Gypsy yesterday morning, in what was supposed to be a huge snowstorm, lol! We escaped the worst of it, but what we got was wet and heavy- yuk!

Then, this morning, while Gypsy was eating her beet pulp and senior feed, I grabbed the camera, and took pics of the neat drifts the wind and snow made on the roof. It was still snowing...

I love your place, all those pine trees! Reminds me of where I grew up, surrounded by trees.

Garfield is aptly named, he sure has the laid back attitude doesn't he? And Gypsy looks as good as ever,
my silly horses always liked to be out in the snow too, unless the wind was howling.....lol.

Garfield is extremely kick back. Anyone want a kitty?:) I'd love to find him a good home. He deserves more than being stuck outside. The other cats just would not accept him in the house- not some of them, anyway, and my house is overcrowded with 5 already, lol!

Thank you! It's made of pallets, believe it or not. fairly low maintenence, ecxept every once in a while, a board comes loose that either needs to be pulled off or replaced, depending oon te location. I need more sturdy posts, though- it likes to lean, though is still pretty sturdy.

Not sure how I'd get him there, anyway, but it's a thought. I have to look closer, but it almost seems like he's intact, unless I'm seeing things. He's so mellow, though, and won't fight with the other cats. Hard to believe. Trouble is, I can only give him food, water and a warm place to sleep. I'm already in debt up to my neck with the vet clinic, lol!

She doesn't see the point in video unless I'm doing something with her. At least she stayed put! If I was taking pics, she'd most likely walk away, lol!

Garfield is a real sweetie. I'd love to be able to take him in for vacc. Trouble is, just like Junior and Trixie, he just wandered in. I'm filled to capacity, both space wise, and financially. Here and there, he's taken off a few times. I'm suspecting he was out tomcatting, but I'm ot sure. I have no clue if he's one of the neighbors' cats, and just prefers it here, or not.

Thank you! It was kind of pretty. Last year's March blizzard was more spectacular, though.

OK... now that I see Gypsy is not blanketed I don't feel too bad about not putting blankets on my ponies...LOL

Thank you! I thought you might enjoy seeing Gyspy in the snow. Gypsy and blankets do not get along, even when I was showing, and could watch her, lol! I have a feeling she and the trees would have a lovely relationship!:p
