Had my rib checked

Well, as I posted about the day I lost Jack, I had pulled someting in my right side. It was pretty painful for a few days, but worst I kept feeling something shifting. Everyone fussed that I may have cracked a rib. So I had it checked today, and they say I've strained a muscle and the movement I am feeling are spasms. I have a handful of 'scripts and strong orders for no lifting (not even hay) or twisting. ( I did ask if I could ride and she just looked me-I modified my question to when can I ride and she said when the pain is all gone)

My work is closed fir the remainder of the week, so I am doing alot of laying about with a heat pad and two contented doggies.

Not the best holiday, but at least I know my rib is not cracked.

Muscle spasms can really be painful, glad to hear it wasn't a cracked rib or anything else like that.
Rest up and watch movies and TV with the doggies..... my two dogs like to lay around with me too when I'm not feeling well, they're great company!

O sorry Suzi. Hope you feel better soon. At least you got a book to read! :) Muscle Spasms are painful. Prayers for a quick recovery.

Awwww... Max and Chico are adorable, I love how they just totally flop right onto the couch like that!
Dogs are the best buddies when you're laid up!

Thanks guys. My office has been closed for two weeks and the dogs are in heaven. They will not be to happy Monday AM.
