This weekend. Remember to set your clocks back. I hate it....just means that we'll be plunged into darkness earlier in the afternoon now..... :(

I hate it when dst goes away!!!! Now when my kid wakes up from his nap it's dark outside!!!!!! Sucks!!! Not to mention he will be waking up at 5 - 6 in the morning instead of 6 - 7. Sigh. Stupid time change.

I wish we could just keep it on daylight savings time - I hate the dark coming in so early. Its going to be dark about the time I get home from work - means no trail riding. :( Thankfully I have a spotlight I can put on the arena.

Ugh! I hate it when it gets dark early- now I'll have to take a flashlight to do Gypsy's last feeding!

Thanks for the reminder, Remali!

This means I will leave in the dark for work and come in the dark for work..... Makes me very grumpy! I have to remind myself to go out at lunch just to get some shine on my face.. I hate DST.

I agree. It used to be nice to get that extra hour. But now with kids... it's just a lot of work to get them on the new time.

I'm not looking forward to it either. I hate trying to do chores in the dark. I really see no need for DST anyways. Shame it can't be left alone.

I'd remembered DST earlier today then forgot till a few minutes ago when I sister reminded me about it, and then I saw this. :) Thanks for the reminder!

It is nice to get an extra hour of sleep, but I do agree that when the sun starts going down around 3:30 and its completely dark by 5:00 it kind of blows. I get to the barn around 4:00 when I ride during the week and go after school, and get everything ready by 4:20 or so, which means just 40 minutes of light. Luckily we do have arena lights, and an indoor arena that is very well lit. But a lot of people manage to ride during the day so its kind of wierd riding alone or with just another person or two when it feels so late!
