Well my morning started off just lovely today. I was suppose to go ice skating in Chicago today with my best friend since 2nd grade, but my mom called from work to tell me that it's -1 with the windchill and she doesn't want me in the cold. So, I texted my friend and told her "I'm sorry, don't be mad. My mom doesn't want me to go. It's too cold. Give me a call when you get back and maybe we can do something." What do I get back? "Well it's hard for me not to be mad when everyone's been backing out on me all of break." Long story short, we get in to an arguement because she wants me to go and my mom isn't letting me. I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do about it!
I love my friend, she's always been there for me, but I hate when she gets in these moods! I'm so fed up. I've stuck up for her so many times over the past 12 years and she still takes her anger out on me! :nono: I've had about all I can take. I'm not home all the time. I go to school out of state. When I am home, I want to spend time with my friends. I am not intentionally saying to myself, "Hhhmmmm, how can I make her mad today?"
I'm an easy going person. It takes a lot to get me to my boiling point, but when I'm there you better watch yourself. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's drama. I don't know what to do. I don't want to lose my friend, but I need her to stop making a big deal out of such little things.
(Sorry for the novel.)
