Hey all! I decided to pop in and say hello. :D I have a few updates and wanted to see what everyone has been up to. First off, I saw a thread (Michell/horseaholic mentioned it actually) that y'all thought Clo was for sale and just to clarify, she's not. However, that may be the case in the future because I might be moving to Hawai'i as soon as possible & I do not believe w/ the divorce going on that I'll be able to afford her. She *might* be going to Taylor, though, but uh, that's really new & Taylor hasn't talked to her parents about it yet...so, that's not definite or anything...but if you have any information on shipping horses and a good company, let me know please. I know some of you have been following my health issues and I might've mentioned this before, but if not, they have diagnosed me with juvenile hemochromatosis, which is basically iron overload. It can be serious if not treated, but when I get back from Hawai'i, I will begin treatment (which is therapeutic phlebotomy)...I won't bore you guys with the details of that, but if you wanna know more, just let me know and I'll share all that I know! They are pretty positive I have an auto-immune disorder in addition to that, but still have more tests and crap to go. I also wanted to say thank you guys for all the birthday wishes I received!!! I had a really nice birthday and am enjoying my time here in Hawai'i. :D
Oh no! That's pretty scary. :( I hope you're doing alright there. You're in my thoughts. I really miss all those crazy saddle threads, because they made me more knowledgeable about fitting.
I hear Hawai'i is very expensive to live in. Glad to hear from you. :)

Thanks. :) Haha, I kinda miss trying all those saddles out, it was a fun journey...I just unfortunately think my horse journey is coming to an end all together for a while...it is kinda expensive here hah...especially owning a horse!

I'm so sorry to hear about your health problems. Hopefully with the correct treatment you'll get everything under control and start feeling better. Auto-immune problems can be such a headache to deal with. I hope they get you all figured out soon. :) I'm also sorry to hear about the tough decision you have to make with Chloe...ugh! I'm sure everything will work out! Take care and enjoy Hawaii!! I'd love to go there someday!

I'm so so sorry to hear about everything Caitlin. I pray that if you do have to sell Cloe, that Taylor will get her because I couldn't think of a better home myself :/
I am so sorry you're going through all of this. Hope everything is okay (:

I'm sorry you can't take Cloe with you! I hope you can get your health issues under control soon- that has to be a real bummer on top of everything! We've really missed you around here.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Taylor can take Cloe for you, then. Next to Cloe being with you, it's the perfect place for her. Probably get spoiled rotten.....:)

Thanks for the update. Glad you are having a good time in Hawaii! I was there once on vacation when I was little. Amazing!!
As for your illness.. I am curious about your treatment. If you want you can PM me. I'm always interested in learning different things. I have a friend right now with a rare blood disease and she goes in on the 25th of this month to start talking treatment options.
Sorry to hear about Cloe, but I hope it all works out like it should!

cloe it's good to hear from you, I wish everything weren't so complicated and serious for you....it's really not fair.
Please stay in touch as you make all of these decisions. And please, if cloe needs a new home, give us a chance to help if we can.

Cloe sorry to hear about your health issues however on the good note, they found out what is wrong and can manage it so you are at least not in the dark on it.
I hope some miracle happens or that you can put cloe with someone you know and trust to save him for you when you can take him with you.
Your a strong girl to handle all that is on your plate. God Bless you and may your future be trouble free.
Thanks. :) Haha, I kinda miss trying all those saddles out, it was a fun journey...I just unfortunately think my horse journey is coming to an end all together for a while...it is kinda expensive here hah...especially owning a horse! It is!
I stayed away for 4 months and then got sick of not being able to ride. :(

Awe, Caitlin, I really am sorry you're going through all this.:( I hope your health situation starts getting better soon. I almost called you the other day but I wasn't sure if you were still in Hawaii or not and thought if you were you wouldn't have time to chat about random stuff, lol. But now that you're home give me a call sometime if you want- I'd like to hear what's going on with your treatments, etc. That is if you want to talk about it. We need to catch up too, we haven't talked in a while.:)
I'm really sorry you might have to sell Cloe.:( It really sucks, but I know you'll find her a good home. Definately keep us posted on that.
I'm glad you had a good birthday and enjoyed your trip to Hawaii.:) Any pics for us?:D

Wow, I'm so sorry Caitlin, this isn't at all fair. I really hope Taylor can take Cloe, that would be the second best home aside from yours.
