Goood morning everyone!

I would go on a nice long length about the birds singing, the sun shining...but it's actually raining and the birds have shut up because it's too wet :rolleyes:.
So far Belle has brought a live mouse into the house and we think it's under the sofa. We're giving it some time before we try to catch it :( poor thing.

Plans for today - Chemistry, Biology, Maths homework, English essay plan. Horseriding lesson at Ivesley. Work. Back to normal today, no more hallowe'en banquets!

Anybody got stomach ache from eating too much sweet stuff??

Good Morning everyone. I hope you all don't mind that I started the morning thread, but I wanted to get on & say HI before my busy day starts.

Got off work this am (24-hr shift) with about maybe 2 hours of sleep. :huh: Ran my behind off....

Weather is suppose to be cool & sunny! Love this time of year!

Plans for today horse rescue this am for their open house. WE are trying to raise money for the "sick" barn, so the poor guys aren't out in the cold this year. Then in the afternoon a wedding. ;) I just hope I can make it through it all. :sleep::sleep:

I hope everyone has a fantastic day & weekend. Hope you all get your rides in. I hope everyone that is sick is feeling better.

I didn't eat too much candy either- and now I'm up early again for some reason- my sinuses have been acting up, so I didn't sleep too well.

Nothing special planned for today- I'm going to try to get caught up on some things in the house, since I've been outside the last few days.

Cold pizza for breakfast for me--yummy.

Gotta spend time some time this weekend catching up on work, but will get rides in--it's sunny and gorgeous right now. Might do some yard work, but so many leaves are still on the trees that it seems like a waste of time!

Good morning everyone.. I am packed and ready to go. Taking Katie to the Hershey Park Halloween party tonight with a friend. I am soo missing my horses.. I don't think I will get to see them this weekend. It reaaly depends on when we get home tomorrow. I rarely go without at least peeking in on them once a week. It's only 8 am and I am already going into withdrawal mode.. have a great weekend and be safe everyone.

Its another great day here and I'll be spending it at the barn. Going to leave around 9:45 and ride Tobey for a little to warm up before our lesson at 11:00. We can't do any jumping since he just got new shoes on but we still have plenty to work on on the flat. I'll probably hang around down there for most of the day.

Morning everyone! Just sitting here eating candy. My and my friends had a move night at my house, though we only got one movie in because we were too busy playing Rockband. I did go trick-or-treating tho. Noty a lt of candy unfortunately, but next year I might go to a different town.

Morning!!! I'm planning on going for a ride this morning but the morning is quickly escaping me!!! I told myself I have 30 minutes to sit here and eat breakfast and forum and then I must go outside and feed and move the goats (so I can have my trailer) and then I'm going to try and be loaded and gone by noon. Just going to ride at LBJ Grasslands which is where I always ride. Although I'm thinking of taking my good camera. . .not sure though if I will!! Also toying with the idea of ponying Sonora. . .(which would end the camera idea) but I don't want to ride in my western saddle so I likely won't. Sigh. Well I'm off to check in on everyone!! Two morning threads!! Whoo hoo!! I'll post twice! :)

I'm hopefully going to go ride at LbJ National Grasslands today but that requires me to get moving. . . I have 22 more minutes I've allowed myself to sit here and eat breakfast and chit chat then I have to go outside and move goats and feed horses. . . Wyatt had a blast trick or treating last night and he's spending the night with Grami tonight so I'm kidless. It's nice to have a break but I always miss him terribly. Funny how that works. Okay well I'm off to finish my forum time!

Kitty - My Aunt's cat (whose name is Kitty) likes to bring live mice, chipmunks, snakes and lizards into the house and turn them loose... then he jumps up on top of the TV or the tub or somewhere high where he's out of the way - and watch as the 3 dogs and 5 humans scramble to try to catch the thing first! :D

Will and I are planning on going to see my friend's Dad who's in the hospital - he had his hip replaced Wednesday, so he's in dire need of entertainment. :p Then we're going to find his grandmother's new apartment and drop by. :)

Morning - or afternoon as the case may be.

Came home to find one of the ducklings with a broken leg. :( I suspect a horse stepped on him. Also have no sound on my computer right now. Hubby has something installing right now to see if it will help. My computer is telling me I have "No audio output device" installed. Except that I was listening to videos last night. Blah.

They day out is beautifuly though. Sunny and suppose to have a high of 70 today.

Morning everyone. Well afternoon now I guess. I am just waiting for hubby to get home and then we are going for another ride. WOO HOOO! I'm excited! 2 rides in 2 days! Hopefully it goes as well as yesterday.

SOrry to hear about the duckling Cat. What happens now? Do you have to kill it? Take it to the vet?

Happy Saturday! im at school this weekend just hanging out.. but im already missing my horse. Went trick or treating last night and then headed over to my friends house for movies and pizza.. we had a lot of fun. Today ive already started my laundry and went on an intense cleaning spree in my dorm room. Brunch is at 12 so im justing waiting around for that. Not too much homework this weekend suprisingly.. just want to get a head start on some things. THen im meeting my mom at Olive Garden tonight for dinner. Yum! Well gotta go get my laundry!

WooHoo - sound is working again! Thankfully hubby knows computers or I would be lost.

As for the duckling - since he is big enough (these guys are juviniles, not actual ducklings anymore) we put him down and will use him for meat. I hate doing that, but I figure he at least had a better life than those that usually end up in the grocery store.

Aw. :( At least you will be able to eat him. My father in law has cattle and they butcher a cow or two every year for beef. Yuck. I can't eat it. I've tried. Just can't get past the whole... I saw it from my kitchen window eating hay in the pasture.. now he's in my freezer...

Went out to the horses today (they aren't moving for a while, no houses are shifting) and rode Sam bareback :D He tried to spaz (and actually succeded) so I got off :/ I've lost a lot of confidence lately.

Went round our drummers house after that. Having a bit of a 'reshuffle' right now...

I also think I have frostbite :p 26*F and I was outside in a t-shirt and jods :D I never really got the whole 'dress for the weather' thing :innocent:.

I had a really good ride today, kinda had a lesson, but not really, Ashley just helped me, then rode Chrissy for a bit and stuff, so it was a good ride. Right now, my family and I are headed off to the states to go shopping and go out for supper. It'll be fun!

My hubby geek got it going for a while after all the storms we have had......
I went to a equine wound last week-end and I have finished garden work for the year.....Got a kick-butt party tonight for Halloween and then gotta get going on my own garden....If it ever stops raining.....sheesh......Mud haven here......
