I just wanted to show everyone my latest cake!

I'm kind of proud of how it turned out. It's my first time ever using chocolate (the red/white) to "mold" letters, etc. I LOVE IT! I'm already planning the next cake I can make to do more with chocolate!

It's for my friend Holly's birthday. They invited us over for her birthday dinner tonight and I'm surprising her with her favorite kind of cake and chocolate covered strawberries! I hope she loves it.

It was the first time I've ever made chocolate covered strawberries and I'd never tried one either. They are fantastic! I think I'll be making them a lot more - even if my hips get wider! :)

Thank you. I hope she likes it too. It's 3 layers and cream cheese frosting in between.

I would love to make you a cake! Lol. I don't think it would survive shipping though. Darn post office. i'm hoping this one makes the car ride into town alright!

Well we are back and she LOVED it. She was so surprised that I made her a cake! And I think I gained 10 lbs as well just eating one piece!

Holy cow, look at this one, people sure can do a lot, it's like art! lol. I'd love to take a class
in cake decorating someday, would be a fun little part time job! Altho I bet it's very difficult!
This one would be waaaay over my head....lol....but it sure is neat!

Remali - I plan on taking a cake decorating class this spring if I can get in. I would love to do it part time. So far I'm just known as "the cake lady" for all my nephews bday parties and other family members and I don't get paid. But maybe someday.....
