This spring, a 7th grader at my school died of leukemia. This week for homecoming, we are doing fundraisers to benefit the research for leukemia. Today was the first day and everyone at my school is sending out text messages in honor of him. My friend Corinne is having the radio station play a song in honor of him. So please remove your hats and have a moment of silence in honor of Mitchell.

RIP Mitchell, you've found your wings.

Leukemia is a terrible disease, my Nana's mother died of it. What ya'll are doing in his honor is very cool and I'm certain that he's very proud. :)
