Not looking forward to the end of the week

On Friday I'm having a colonoscopy, which I'm really not looking forward to. I'm only 16, after all, and normally that's not something they have to do with 16 year olds. But I've been having some problems so they're making me do this. I'm taking off Thursday and Friday from school, so at least I won't have to deal with that. Just kind of nervous for that :/

Oh, don't worry hon, it's really nothing. The only unpleasant part is what you have to drink the night before, but even that isn't that bad. I've had a few and you get a wonderful sleep while they are exploring.;)
I just went to the doctor's with my friend who was a nervous wreck about having one. In half an hour our so she was back out with a big smile on her face. Now she can't imagine why she was nervous!:)

You will be fine. I know its scarey, but you wont even know what is going on nor will you remember.

I so think people should video the after of these things. People are hilarious when they wake up drugged...LOL Ill never forget Bob after his, he cracked me up and dosnt even remember me laughing. I had to tell him all about it, then he laughed too.

Yeah. Not a biggie other than the nasty stuff you have to drink.

I had mine done at the hospital where I worked. Guess I was quite the cut-up on the Versed (sedative) they gave me. Anytime things got slow, the surgeon would say, "Hey, let's give Mare some Versed and have a chuckle." I remember telling jokes.
