I got a call from the Drs nurse today!!!

The Dr and Radiologist said there is a legion at my T1 which they are pretty sure is benign and I was cleared for my shoulder surgery.
I do have to have 2 MRIs in 6 months, one regular and one with die, to check and make sure it hasnt grown and still benign. From there I should be good!

I called W/C, both the workers side and the nurse. The nurse called back already and I told her the news. I asked the nuro nurse to fax papers to my surgeons office also and let the W/C nurse know I did that also. I also called my surgeons office to have them be on the look out for the paperwork releasing me.

Only thing Im still waiting on is payment back from things I paid for before I was put on W/C. I also think that W/C should pay for my other Dr and MRI beings they forced me to go to them.

Anyways, Im just awaiting a surgery date:clap:
I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooo happy!!

Folks....Peggy Sue has been cooped up in her house for eons. Can we cheer her up some how? Im sure, if you've been stuck inside, you know how frustrating it is for her. I remember feeling helpless and useless.
Peggy Sue, if you read this. ((HUGS)) and a huge swift kick in the butt:hysterical:(cause I knew that would make you smile)

That's great Vicki. Glad to hear things are moving along and in the right direction. :)
I hate being cooped up or confined to the house, I am not a good patient, so I can't give anyone advise on how to pass the time, unless you count bi!ching and moaning as ways to pass the time. :(

Great news! Yes, if they sent you to get an MRI or anything else, don't pay it, W/C will and should pay for that.

And I sure can relate to being cooped up in the house.... I am going to stir crazy..... been over a month now I've off on medical leave....grrrr....

Glad things are moving forward for you!!

They made me go see my primary Dr for my neck issue they found which isnt work comp related, which needed a CT scan done.
So, my primary Dr appt and CT scan is what ticks me off. I had no reason to go to one, the MRI that W/C had done had the same results.
They should pay me back for my Dr appt and the CT scan.
I also have an appt on Thursday for my eyelid(dosnt work right) which Im blaming on drugs that W/C had me take. Dont think I wont be pushing for that too.

So glad you have the surgery go ahead!! I can't wait for this to all be distant history for you!! Living with pain ages a person much faster than living without it. I learned that from my Mom! I hope we have a pain free Vicky soon!!! Keep us posted!

Look at it this way, Peggy, you've been OFF the foot a lot longer than the time you have left.
