well, some of you may have read quicktodance21's recent thread about her fall and what she didn't tell you was that this triggered the horse i was riding to freak and i fell off too. hehe, just kidding sam, wasn't ur fault. :p

but for fun i will expain EVERYTHING:)

so, we were having a fun lesson on halloween and the first thing we did was bob for apples. it was so much fun! we got soaked though. then we let the horses try, the other horses just took a bite of the apple of drank the water, but the horse i was riding, dyna, picked up the apple and started to walk away! we did more things like relay races and stuff, but then we did mint julip (cup w. water). everything was going great until we started to canter, when we were going back to a trot, i was a little late and i then realized that dance (sam's horse) didn't want to stop, so she bucked then i quicktodance21 fly off and then dyna bucked too. I knew i was going to fall. i don't know how, but i flew off like 4ft away from her back and did a "shooting star" through the air, landed, rolled, and got up without hurting anything, WOOOHOOO! Another girl who was there described it as the funniest thing she's every seen. I don't know how, but my subconsciousness has some pretty sweet falling skills! :p

I seem to have pretty good falling skills if I must say so myself :P Last winter my trainer was leasing a horse named Winter and she decided in the middle of our canter that she was done and slammed on the breaks, not to mention we were going around a corner. So I got like flug out of the saddle, landed infront of her on my feet and still had my crop and reins in tact where they had been while I was riding, I was pretty amazed.
