Well you have heard me talk about my hubby. He puts up with me through a lot of my ups and downs and craziness.
Sometimes I go through my little fantasy crushes of movie stars, first it was Patrick Swayze, then it was Sam Elliot. Love them both. :innocent:
So I finally watched Twilight for the first time and I am completely infatuated with Edward Cullen. NOT Rob Pattison, but Edward Cullen.
My husband has been teasing me calling me Mrs. Edward... LOL I tell him no... it's Mrs. Cullen to you. LOL
So today we went to the video store to pick out a family movie for tonight and we are about 2 isles apart and he yells out, "Hey hon, what's the name of your other husband?"
I yell back " It's Edward, you should know that." He says, "Yeah, I know that, but what's his real name?" By this time several people are looking at us very strange... and he and I picked up on it and just kept going on like nobody heard us.
Me: "It's Rob, but I don't call him that."
My husband " Well that's good because it's too close to my name, so Edward is better. Hey I found a movie you might like."
So I go to see what he found and it was some stupid thing about The life behind Rob Pattison with a really bad picture of him on the cover. I told my husband, "Eww, no no no, not Rob, I only like Edward. You know his whole mystery persona and those gold eyes." My husband, "Well OK, I tried, I thought you might like to see it."
Then we walked by an Edward Cullen poster and he asks me... "so should I get this for you, so you can have it in your room to stare at during the day when I am not home?" I told him, "No thanks, Chy already has a really nice one in her room, I can just go in there and drool if I need too." :innocent:
Then we paid for our movie and walked out holding hands. I know the people in the video store must have thought we were crazy. I saw some of them staring at us through the window as we walked out. :hysterical: But that's what I love about my husband, he plays right along with my funky little infatuations.
