So with out further ado here is our new place!

2. Horse washer and dryer
3/4. tackroom/ppl laundry room, tools - yet to be organized
5. stairs up to the hay loft and extra room

WOWZERS!! That place is awesome. I would love to live in a place like that!! How cool. Even if you don't live there for long, just to be able to say you did will be cool. That will be a fun story to tell and look back on when you're older. :)

You should board a couple horses in those extra stalls! If you want the hassle of that, of course. Maybe you don't! Privacy is good too.

Now the screened in part between the two...did you guys do that for that cats or was that already there? I know in the other thread there was talk about what to do... Or am I just really confused?

This is the place they were thinking about earlier. I believe they had the screened area built for them. :)

Lol Prado Park is cute but the complex is called Paddock Park Estates so it may clash a bit. ;) I was thinking Meadow Of Gold Farm. Prado's JC name is Prado Del Orro (2 rs?) (which translates to Meadow Of Gold) and this place and prado are both my meadow of gold in so many ways.

I have considered boarding but I'm not sure I'm ready for that with all the excitement.
And yes loves we had the screen enclosure put up :)

Noo we are just renting right now. We found it the way it is (minus the screened in center isle between living quarters). We would like to eventually buy it and close in our side and expand possibly but as of right now we are renting it at a killer price. :) And happy as can be.
