What did you miss? Well, I (granted, quietly) switched my major to teaching highschool english last week. I'm testing the waters before I go and file all the official paperwork, but I'm not taking any psych courses next semester. We'll see where this trail leads... :cowboy:. The class I'm really excited about is fiction writing... again, we'll see where this trail leads. ;)

Oop! I forgot! I also (again, quietly - I don't think I've announced this anywhere yet) got a kind-of, sort-of job here. A couple miles down the road from my parents' house is a trail riding barn, and I noticed the owner's truck was out front other day so I stopped and asked if he needed any help. He actually did! Mondays and Fridays (his son and grandson help him on the weekends, and usually if people stay on vacation their extra days are M or F).

It's not a steady-pay kind of thing at all, but he wrote down my number and he'll call when he needs an extra hand. I figure after the first time he actually calls that'll be my foot in the door in the horsey world around here. :cowboy:
