Extreme Mustang Makeover!!

So my trainer Robert and his fiance are both training a mustang for the next mustang makeover event! I'm volunteering/ sponsoring them as their personal photographer which means I'm going to be there for all the good parts!! I'm psyched!! I'll need you guys help sometime in the future because they have an online vote for a favorite mustang and Robert and Madi aren't really online!! I'm pretty excited! We go to Oklahoma to get the new recruits March 5!!!! Whoo hoo! Then the event is in Colorado on June 10 through the 13th. Wouldn't it be awesome if some of the forum came out and I got to have a forum meet too!!!

Extream Mustand Makover is soooo much fun. My friend did it this past year (the one in TN). She ended up buying her project in the end. They placed 1st in fitness and body condition, and then came out 12th over all. Would have done a little better if she could have calmed her nerves.
Hope ya'll have a blast! Be sure to document it well, it's really cool to look back over the progress! My friend did a whole blog on her training process!

Robert has done it before a few years ago and he said the same thing, he would have done much better if he hadn't been nervous. This is Madi's first year! She's going to rock!! I told him I was going to have a hard time rooting for him with Madi running against him. ..lol

I'm such a bad wife!! My husband pouted when I told him I was going and I thought he was just sad that I was going to be gone for a few days. . but then my best friend reminded me my 6 year anniversary is June 12th!!!!!! I'm going to miss it and I completely forgot!! :( And I missed it last year for a horse event too!! Sigh. Maybe we should renew our vows so we have 2 wedding dates and maybe then I'd hit one of them a year. . .

I'm excited!!! I can't wait to meet the horses!!! Robert bought his mustang from the first time he did it. I doubt he'll try to buy these two so it'll be bittersweet at the end. . . unless I save up and buy one to bring home!

Wow, congrats on the photography part of this adventure. This could be a door opening experience as well. When others see your photos they may want to hire you for future events? One never knows. Sorry about the part of missing your anniversary. Is there anyway he can come and visit you while you are gone? Or can you just change your calendar before you leave and convince him he has his days wrong. Happens to me all the time ;). I say good morning to everyone, no matter the time of day or night, also I am still writing 2009 on most things, and don't even ask me what month we're in. Oh my. (Too much information?)

Whatever you decide, you will have a wonderful time and we will be able to follow your travels through your lens. Lucky us.
