its ABSOLUTELY killing me....... i miss him SOOO much. he is staying with Gemsmom back in illinois while im out here in idaho, she sends me pics, but i miss him SOOOO much. i know he is being well cared for and everything but he still just looks a little sad( no fault of gemsmom, completely my fault)maybe from not seeing me....:-( now i have been debating.... "TO FLY HOME OR NOT TO FLY HOME TO VISIT" if i did i would only be able to stay 3 days including travel time.... and a ticket round trip would probably be like $500 bucks.....but ... but... i miss him....http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee94/patriotsdreamz/17369_586536125102_36100638_3394745.jpg

Aww hon, I know you do.
How much longer before you would get to see him if you didnt fly back?

Check into the airlines again. Southwest is offering some really good deals on airfare. (just an idea)

What would make you happier, the money or seeing Dreamer?
You'll always get more money.
As a matter of fact I'll donate $100 towards your trip.
Decisions, decisions :)

Awe, I can only imagine. He looks really great, though! She's doing an excellent job with caring for him! Not too much longer...or, I like natisha's idea. ;)

Wow, nice offer Natasha. I miss Mexico. Will you give me $100? Just kidding... :p

Yeah, I dunno. If you went I'd watch the weather and make sure when you go is going to be decent (not a blizzard) weather.

I am so sorry you miss your Dreamer...I know I would miss mine too (as a matter of fact I have opted out of a couple week long vacations because they didn't seem as fun as being with my girls!) It looks like gemsmom is taking really good care of him and he has a buddy too! I can't believe how much he, Monte (Farmerswife gelding) and my Sony look alike...we'll have to put their three pics up together sometime! Hang in there!

P.S. That was such a thoughtful gesture, Natisha!!

natisha- Thanks for the offer i really appriciate it but i cant take it, that would be soo selfish of me. Its not a life or death situation or a situation where id have to sell him, simply a luxery situation of having the ability to see him, which would be something that i would need to pay for myself, i wouldnt feel right taking it. that was really nice of you though.

and kcandallegro that percheron is named Marty. Last i heard he is looking for a home( i think maybe ( not sure) giving away to a good home( might have changed). He is a retired carriage horse! really cool horse too

I don't think accepting a gift is selfish but I understand.
As for the pleas-- you just never know ;)
