Crystal and I ...video and pictures

Sorry I don't come here as much as I used to...I've been busy lately.
We had a nice weather last Saturday. I went riding. My son wanted to go for a jog so I have a video and few pictures to share.
Crystal was fun. She was scared of water last time I went out with her ; only talked her to walking through some shallow puddle. This time she didn't even want to go through that. And suddenly out of nowhere without any encouragement she decided that water sounds fun; walked right in and started playing. Adam only got the very end of it. Lol the water and mud was flying everywhere...silly horse.

What a silly girl! I just love how much of a team you and Crystal are. You have a great bond, based on trust and love. Not everyone gets that in their lifetime.

Can you have Crystal come up here and teach Gypsy that water is not a biggie? Goofy horse, no matter what I've done, she'll go around a puddle unless she has no choice. She doesn't like getting her feet wet, apparently. Either that, or she's got it down the Loch Ness monster is going to jump out of those puddles, lol!:p:hysterical:

Hey - great to see you on a horse again! Congratulations on your progress with her, glad to see you've still got your moxie :)

I've had horses who like to paw like that... sometimes they also like to roll in it, so look out for that if she's having too much fun!

I have never seen her paw like that...she always chooses to go around water. No idea what's gone in to her. She dug quite a hole - the mud was flying everywhere. Too bad my son took so long to start his camera.

Great pictures Petra. Glad to see you and Crystal riding again.. Sure could tell you were having a great time from the big smile in the picture. My horse paws in the water too.. He likes to play in it too.

I love your horse too, she's great and you two are the best team. I wish I had your courage to do what you do. So cute watching her play in the water. Rompy likes to stick his whole head in the water tub then he splashes it all around. I bet he'd like to swim, if there weren't so many water snakes in the lake across the road I'd take him over and see if he wanted to go in the water. Not now since it's frozen over but in the summer he would maybe enjoy it.
