Check into the hospital at 9:00 a.m., surgery starts at noon and goes for an hour or so. And then off to la-la land of happy drugs. :)
Gonna see the pony tonight since I won't be able to see him for a few days. I'll be bringing plenty of carrots to get him through the next few days.

All I'm thinking of is the other side so I can actually start riding! I cannot go another year without riding. Well, I can, but I really don't want to!!!

He's so darn wide that it's a nightmare riding in stirrups! Even when he's in shape he's super wide.

Good luck, hope all goes well! I have to admit, I'm a bit of a surgery junkie. I love being knocked out. Especially the short, simpler procedures... The longer ones are a little harder on me.

Hey all. Surgery ended up being longer than he expected because it was worse then he expected. Meniscle (sp) tears on both sides of the knee, ACL issue, knee cap issue, jagged bone that had to be smoothed down. I'll hear more on Thursday. Pain has been a REAL pain. I'm just glad to be on the other side. Can't walk very well so spending most of my time sleeping or sitting in recliner.
Thanks for all the well wishes.
