Ok, ya'all - keep your fingers crossed that this new possible home pans out! This boy deserves a good home!

Had someone contact me Sunday and asked if Bandit was available. Gave me a deposit to hold him while they looked into a trainer and such - which was much more encouraging that the lady that decided she couldn't afford gas.

Then talked on the phone with her today. She used to ride mustangs all the time in Texas and since moving to Kentucky has been looking for a mustang but its been hard to find one. She sounds like she knows what needs to be done with him and he will be going to a home that will be using him for trail rides. She has 80 acres with trails and such for riding. She will plans to trailer him around after he trained to ride in other areas of KY. Said I was more than welcome to come visit (~2 hours away) and maybe we could trail ride together in the future.

So she wants him and does have her own trailer, but its a 2 horse and she is looking for a larger stock trailer that he might be more comforatable in for his ride.

No, nothing. I'm going to try to call her tomorrow. She did say it may be a week.

I'm hoping it it turns out to be a good home and is sure does sound like it. However, I was hoping he was going to leave this weekend - that is what it sounded like when I talked with her Monday - about a week. Now she is saying it might not be until next weekend. UGH. I'm free this weekend. Next weekend I had tentative plans.

I'm just getting so, so frustrated. I want to get Willie gelded, but Bandit is in my only available stall right now (hay is filling up the other 3 stalls). So all of my plans are on hold until Bandit leaves.
