Alright.... let us know how this new organization works. :) For good or ill.

As I said in the thread down in Admin, I want the organizations to HELP the flow of discussion, not hinder it... so I want them to make sense to people, so we don't end up with anyone saying "I know this should be in ____ but I'm posting it here so it will get noticed".

The only one I'm not sure I like right off the bat is "Training and Tack". They should probably be separated, but we'll see.
