J talked to the head board designer today. Apparently there have been some other applicants interviewed but he is still pushing for J while the HR interviewer is pushing for another guy who has his interview with the head designer today. So I guess we'll see what happens, J is still in the running and just because the HR interviewer thinks this guy knows his stuff doesn't mean the head designer will. That's why they are looking for a new designer anyway! HR hired a guy that didn't know what he was doing and then they fired him cause he couldn't do the job.
