:) How about we all just put the differences aside with politics and say it's all going to be decided today?

A cannibal was walking through the jungle and came upon a restaurant operated by a fellow cannibal.
Feeling somewhat hungry, he sat down and looked over the menu...
+ Tourist: $5
+ Broiled Missionary: $10.00
+ Fried Explorer: $15.00
+ Baked Democrat or Grilled Republican: $100.00
The cannibal called the waiter over and asked, 'Why such a price difference for the Politicians?'
The cook replied, 'Have you ever tried to clean one? They're so full of crap, it takes all morning.'

I'm afraid it's a little early to declare it over.
We'll all try to behave though. :)

Right, but the debates are done, most everyone knows who they are voting for and why. Most everyone is NOT going to change their views today. I know it's a big election and I know that so many people are very interested in this election.
To each their own.

I talked to my cousin in CA last night and she had voted early. She told me that the early votes are treated as absentee ballots and will be taken into account when all the other votes are in. Her next statement scared me... it could be going on until Thanksgiving! GACK

That's my fear grandmadeb... that my vote is essentially sitting in a big garbage bag someplace, and they won't even look at it unless it's close.

I agree too.....some of it is verging on nasty and pretty sad on another thread.....

Not sad as long as we all have the freedom to argue about this stuff.
This subforum is about politics. Politics *is* vigorous debate of ideas. If you can't embrace that and participate and argue what you think but stay productive and enjoy it, then I'd avoid this subforum.
