First off, I have no pics yet, and I'm sorry!
I just found out that one of my good friends back home just got an amazing new horse! This horse was at the Prix St. George level in dressage and was on the market for $130,000... he was one of Jason Canton's horses! Well it turns out that the horse has the slightest bit of arthritis. So he put the word out through some friend loooking for a good home for him... Low and behold he's now going to live out his days with my friend MK! She just got a $130,000 horse for FREE!!! His arthritis will be easily managed, and she is an amazing horse woman who will take the utmost care of him. He will be perfectly fine for her to ride for many years to come. She only shows locally and only 1st or 2nd level, so they'll be a perfect match! She can't even talk about it without choking up and crying, she so happy!
I can't wait to see him! I'll be up there next weekend for the show so I'll be sure to get some pics! She's just dying for me to ride him, and I can't wait. Gotta practice that calm and cool face! I'm so jealous!!!
